It will be possible to exchange Cuban convertible pesos back to US dollars or other currency at the international airports before leaving the country. We recommend that you change your currency while in Cuba since it is not possible to exchange Cuban convertible pesos outside of Cuba.

There are accepted credit card of Cabal, Transcard, Visa, MasterCard Internacional, Access, Bancomer International Eurocard, Banamex, Dinners Club International, JCB and Carnet, whenever they have not been emitted by North American banks or their branches and means of payment of national use emitted by the International Financial Bank (cards BFI) and for the banks of Credit and Trade, Subway, Popular of Saving and BICSA (cards NET).
